May 22nd at 6pm: join us for a tour of the future project site!
You are invited to walk with us around the site of the future Dunn Lumber Headquarters Expansion Project, on Wednesday, May 22nd. The tour will begin at 6:00pm (approx. 1 hour) at 3826 Latona Ave NE, near the Burke Gilman Trail (outside). During the site walk, there will be a pamphlet with visuals as well as project team members to help facilitate conversation and answer any questions. Your feedback will be welcome and greatly appreciated. Note: any information collected may be made public.

Council approves sale of sdot surplus site to dunn lumber
In late September 2018, Seattle City Council unanimously voted approval for the sale of the SDOT property at 3819 4th Ave NE to Dunn Lumber. Since then, the City and Dunn Lumber executed a Purchase & Sale Agreement, with the sale closing in the Spring of 2019.
This is great news for Dunn Lumber, as acquiring this SDOT parcel and adding it to the adjacent Dunn owned parcels helps to make a better Dunn Lumber Headquarters Expansion plan and a more complete alignment next to the Burke Gilman Trail.
